You, our customer, are important to us, and we endeavour to deliver excellent products and service to you, and leave you pleased with your experience of Bilka skincare.
Gallya Deelya LTD. is the official distributor of Bilka Skincare and Toiletries. Our stock is freshly produced and comes directly from the manufacturer, not stale from laying on shelves somewhere.
Bilka products are made in accordance with the highest European Union quality standards. They hold the Certificates for complying with the European Directive 76/768/ EEC – the mandatory legislation for the manufacture of cosmetics and toiletries; GMP Certificate – an internationally recognised certificate for good manufacturing practise and ISO 9001/2000 – an International Certificate given to an organisation who demonstrates the ability to consistently provide products that meet customer's and applicable regulatory requirements.
All products have passed robust clinical Health and Safety tests and each products holds a relevant clinical certificate.
We comply with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000, The Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, Sale of Goods Act 1979, Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, The Consumer Protection Act 1987, Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, The Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999 (UTCCR).
Please read this brief outline before purchasing your product:
If you purchase a product on the internet, you are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, according to which you have a ‘cooling off’ period of 14 working days during which you can change your mind and require a cancellation of your order. Let us know in an email to: gallyadeelya @ gmail.com. You will be asked to return your product which would have been sent to you within 1 working day of your purchase. Once we have received the item back from you, a full refund will be made to you. Your expense for packaging and postage for returning the product will not be refunded.
If upon arrival you find that your product has been damaged or is not as described then please email us at gallyadeelya @ gmail.com within 14 days of purchase to arrange for the full refund of the item. We will either ask for a photographic evidence (in the case of damage) or for return of the product (in case you are not satisfied with it). Without any evidence we will not be able to offer a refund.
If you are dissatisfied with the experience of your product a refund will be given to you even if you have used the product, provided the product is returned to us within 14 days of purchase and the product has not been all used up. The returns must be made to the following address:

with Paypal/credit card transaction ID clearly written and the reason for your return. Note: 1) we will accept a return even if the product has been used; 2) no postage costs will be included in this refund.
In the event where the above are not suitable options for you, we may offer product replacement at our discretion.
